Joy in Self Destruction by Sour Gout

Joy in Self Destruction is a single track electroacoustic/noise EP from Vancouver based artist Sour Gout. The EP was composed from feedback based improvisations, in order to build a continually transforming work of unsettling noise and ambience.

Sour Gout is an electronic composer who has released a myriad of Albums and EPs since 2014 and has had works released on labels such as Absurd Trax, New Motions, and Aurawire, to name a few.

Sour Gout is the co-owner of the experimental label, Collapsed Structures alongside fellow artist Distorted Earth. Each Sour Gout release is notably different from the last in style, aesthetic, and genre. Joy in Self Destruction represents another phase of Sour Gout’s ever evolving sound.
