"Mouhoi teases a fragmented frozen sinew from the cryogenic corpse of Uppsala Sweden’s End Commune collective, with Loveboy’s, Arktis.

A homage and an atmospheric sonic interpretation of the cultures, peoples, folklore, fauna, weather, and climate of the vast land and water area - roughly 20,000,000 km2 - located within the Arctic Circle (in Swedish called 'Arktis').

Scraping through the permafrost with glacial prayers, hypnotic polar drones, and Inuit incantations, “Arktis” conjures the mesmeric hostility of the landscape, the frostbitten strife towards survival, and the pure despair of a space where air, water, and ice become one.

Strenuous passages of dark ambiance journey us through the hunger-ridden breathing of wolves, submerged sobs of a suicidal Narwhal, vitriolic chasms of primordial mountains, obscure glossolalias of glacial winds, and the ancient theatrics of votive rituals.

Interwoven through mythocathartic interpretations, real-life expeditionary accounts, take us the listener to myriad mind frames within this belligerent universe, where the ceaseless penance of the tundra perpetuates."
